Challenge time again! So this year me and Joe are going to run the 15K tough mudder challenge in Skipton on Saturday the 25th July. We’re doing it to help the RSPCA Halifax and Huddersfield branch raise funds for their new facility so they can help even more animals!
It’s a big challenge as I haven’t been ‘fit’ for a long time, (ahem, dad bod..) so I’ve got a solid 10 week training schedule ahead of me!
